I notice all black people who work at fast food places like at Mcdonald’s, they swear constantly at the customers and goof off. Including saying the N Word and F WORD! Why is that? How do I get them to stop? It offends me that black people are improper.

I have never heard that. I suggest you report them to the manager and to McDonald’s Headquarters.
Fire them.
Go to a different McDonald’s. You could call McDonald’s headquarters and report them.
